¡WELCOME TO “CUIDANDO JUNTOS”!

What is cuidando juntos?

The program CUIDANDO JUNTOS is offered to Latino/Hispanic caregivers of people with significant memory problems. The program will help caregivers reduce stress and increase the support they receive from family members and community resources.

We invite you to participate in this educational program. Caregivers will have to complete the following activities:

  • Attend six weekly virtual (zoom) sessions for 2-hours with a small group of caregivers. 
  • Complete homework activities to learn skills and strategies to obtain support from others.
  • Answer online surveys before and after the workshop sessions.
  • Receive up to $60 in electronic Amazon gift cards for completing the surveys.
